We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via standard USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Essential Essence LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
At Essential Essence LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at essentialessence2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit. In some cases, photos of the damage may be required for verification.
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Used candles are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, email us at essentialessence2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
